While everyone's thoughts are quickly turning towards Fall we are going to hold on to summer as long as we can because here in Calgary we are experiencing temps in the high 20's (celcius) and having nicer days than we have had all summer.
Such a Miracle----this is the first card I made using this weeks colours. Green is my FAV colour....I love it! But I don't love New Leaf so I cheated and went with Ripe Avocado on this one. I was hoping to come up with a WOW card but in the end I made 3 cards that I liked ok and I will share them all with you.
UR Fab----Here's try #2.....I did use New Leaf. The flower stamp (heat embossed in clear) and the sentiment are new stamps I just got by Little Yellow Bicycle. As much as I love the set I find that they don't stamp great....no matter how much I used a white eraser on them. Nothing compares to Papertrey stamps in my opinion. But I do wish Papertrey would release some BIG sentiment type stamps.
LOVE-----Last but not least here's my final card. Another cheat card because there's no New Leaf green but still it IS green. Green is good! This dp is from one of the new Basic Grey paper pads....Lemonade or June Bug...sorry, can't remember.
