Hey everyone. So glad you are here as I've got the newest Embellish Color Trends challenge info for you. This is one that we've all struggled with at some point....MASCULINE cards. Am I right or am I right? Maybe us crafters just have a tendancy to use all things pretty and frilly so when we have to create for a boy we get thrown for a loop. At least I do and I found this card took me much longer to make than usual for just that reason.
Lucky for me..... I had these fantastic stamps from our current sponsor Skipping Stones Design to help me out. This set is called Grunge and it has a variety of background stamps that are perfect for that masculine touch.
And just look at that sentiment. This will be so perfect for my nephews birthdays not to mention those grown men in our lives who all think they are 'tough guys'. I heat embossed the wood grain onto the star and the blocks of cardstock as well as the sentiment.
