My wonderful Loonie friends and I took a summer break from our little challenge but now we are back and starting up again. I missed these girls and I think we are all ready to get back at it and get creative! Yay. Do you like our new little logo? It's so cute! We have Dee to thank for it. Now I just need to figure out how to put it on my sidebar. Yikesa.
Wendy chose our challenge for the day which is "Back to School". Very fitting for this week indeed. I told my niece, Ryann, who started Kindergarten yesterday that I have a few "teacher" cards for her to give to her teacher throughout the year. I'm sure she will enjoy giving them. My sister told me that Ryann asked her teacher if she would be her best friend. Apparently she didn't make friends during the first day as she's somewhat shy when she first meets people. Kinda breaks my heart but so sweet too.
I ordered this scallop edged ribbon and the apple ribbon-slide online. PERFECT for a Back to School theme.
For some fun news. We'd like to introduce you to Rhonda who is just crazy enough to agree to join us on Fridays for our challenges. {{Background.......Wendy and Rhonda have been BFF's for many many years and I'm lucky to be able to call her my friend too.
