Hey Everyone. Welcome to the next Embellish Magazine challenge. First let me start by saying ....this is the first scrapbook page I have EVER made!! Can you believe it? You know I might actually have to say I enjoyed it. I'm not sure I'd continue to do layouts since I really have nothing interesting to scrap about but if it weren't for the Embellish Magazine challenge of making a page I might never have tried it. Here it is!
Let's talk about our AWESOME sponsor....CANVAS CORP. WOW, these are some amazing products ~ from patterned paper to canvas shapes, cord, twine, mini clothespins etc. I'm afraid I didn't use the canvas products on my page but don't you worry...you will be seeing the product used! Stay tuned.
What I did use was the fantastic designer paper. I LOOOVE that zebra print. The Live, Love, Laugh words were cut out from a piece of 12x12 paper and hello ~~ the polka dots are to die for. Here is a retailer that carries a ton of Canvas Corp product. Don't you want to play with those canvas shapes?!! The jute?!! The paper?!! The everything?!! Oh my.
On a side note......when I was at CHA in January 2010 I remember very clearly being in the Canvas Corp booth oohing and aahing over their product because it was exactly the same time that I met Jessica Witty. Oh, good times, good times! heehee.
We hope you do play along with our challenge. It's going to be the last one of the year and I think it's a great way to end a great year. Check out the details over at Embellish Magazine. Link up your layout creation for a chance to win a really fun prize package.
These are my nieces. {My sister's little girls}. Oh how I love these girls. Just look at those gorgeous faces!
I printed the photos on some SU Shimmery White cardstock so in person it has a great look. My photos of the photos...not so good.
This challenge was perfect timing to use "My Sister" stamp set that I just received. I bought it knowing I wanted to do a project for these little girls. {They have a little brother too but a picture of him wouldn't have went so well with the stamp set. lol.}
Thanks so much for stopping by. Hope to see you over at the Embellish Magazine blog!
